DRB In-Bay Solutions offers technical support with everything from guidance on simple tasks to diagnosing the most complex of issues with your technicians in the field. Our Technical Support Department is made up of the best and brightest technicians, who are hired for their customer service skills and previous work experience with payment kiosks.

Please note that our Technical Support Department uses BeyondTrust as a remote access solution. While nothing needs to be installed, it’s important that your device allows access to our BeyondTrust Portal (connect.DRBSystems.com) and has permission to download and run the application. We recommend that you proactively work with your IT department to review BeyondTrust and ensure our portal is allowed so we can continue to support you in a timely manner.

For questions and issues that don’t require onsite support, our Operator Support provides access to the DRB Technical Support team via phone or email. We offer three levels of service so you can choose the support that best fits your organization’s needs:
Our Standard level of support is free of charge, allowing car wash owners and operators to schedule 30-minute appointments for troubleshooting and equipment assistance. Operators with Standard Support can request an appointment by using our online schedule tool.
For new operators or those opening new sites, Select Support is a great option. This level of support allows you to access our Technical Support team for 30 days without an appointment during our regular support hours through a dedicated queue. Select Support is available for a per-site fee. Purchase Select Support
Premium Support provides operators annual access to the Technical Support team without an appointment during regular support hours through a dedicated queue. This is especially beneficial to operators managing five or more sites. Operators with Premium Support also can purchase repair parts directly from DRB In-Bay Solutions. Premium Support is available for a per-site fee, paid monthly.
